• Strategic planning facilitation

3. Service Delivery

• Maintaining confidentiality of client information
• Providing clear communication about service scope and expectations
• Adhering to agreed-upon schedules and timelines

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Ensure participant attendance and engagement
• Pay for services according to agreed terms
• Respect intellectual property rights

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Standard terms include:

• 50% deposit upon booking
• Remaining balance due within 30 days of service completion
• Late payments subject to additional fees

6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation fees apply as follows:

• 30+ days notice: Full refund minus administrative fee
• 14-29 days notice: 50% refund
• Less than 14 days notice: No refund

7. Intellectual Property

All materials, methodologies, and content provided during our services remain the intellectual property of TeamForge. Clients receive a non-exclusive license to use materials for internal purposes only.

8. Limitation of Liability

TeamForge's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
